If it quacks like a duck...
There are series of gratings on this sidewalk. Some audio artist has put recordings of farm animals in them. One grating has the sound of horse, another a pig, etc. Here Julie is listening to a cow.

Hey, you're in Denver - are you sure it's art? It could be a station on the Animal Rights Activist's Underground Railroad from the stockpens.
