Art imitates law

Today we went to the federal courthouse to see Jennifer's cousin give his opening statement in a big case: JamSport vs. Clear Channel. He is a big-time lawyer, and this is a big-time case. JamSport, the Chicago promoter, is suing Clear Channel, the giant media conglomerate, for unfair business practices. Coincidentally, this afternoon we saw the movie In Good Company, which treats the same theme.
